Benefits of joining the group

By doing this you will help the practice to provide an accessible and responsive service. Are YOU interested in finding out more about the Practice?
Would YOU like to influence the development of local health services?
If so we want to hear from you!!

What is the role of the group?

At its simplest, patient participation refers to patients who wish to take a more active interest in developing local healthcare services. The idea is for patients and staff to work together to share ideas. The VPPG will seek to improve communications through the practice website along with the use of notice boards and direct communications within the Practice e.g. articles in the patient newsletters.

What the VPPG is not about

We will not deal with personal medical issues or individual patient complaints as there is already a well-established procedure to deal with these.

We have a Practice email address secretary@gp-b85636.nhs.uk so you can contact us electronically.
